Chip Warmer Dual Heat Source Roband

The chip warmer with dual heating from Roband will increase productivity and presentation by creating an area to hold, serve and display cooked chips. Through heating from above and below Model CW10 maintains cooked chips at the appropriate serving temperature and allows the basket to be immediately returned to the fryer for the next batch. At the same time, the heat lamps serve to throw a yellow light onto the cooked chips to enhance presentation.
