- The food is kept at the right temperature in optimum conditions for a virtually unlimited period of time
- The convection heating unit of the Active Door compensates the natural drop in temperature of the meal transported
- The
Active Door is designed to evenly and gradually distribute heat inside
the container; this avoids local overheating and re-cooking the food,
benefiting the maintenance of taste and nutrients in the food
- The
model equipped with a digital thermostat is designed to program the
ambient temperature inside the container and to monitor it during
transportation
- The 12/24 V d.c. models can be powered directly from the vehicle’s cigarette lighter
- Specific
for use with the AF7, easily handling isothermal container (suitable
for transporting two GN1/1 h 150 pans, corresponding to approximately
100 portions of food)
- Suitable for retaining the temperature
of food when it cannot be served immediately, in the event in which the
isothermal container is not used full or in the case of multiple
deliveries
- The door and the heating unit can be easily removed to facilitate the cleaning and sanification of the container
- Enables operation in observance of current legislation on temperature-controlled transport and in HACCP environment
- Available, on request, the “Inverter” (AHD001), to connect the Active Door to the vehicle’s cigarette lighter
- Available,
on request, the “Transformer 230 V / 12 V” (AHA003), to connect the
12/24 V d.c. Active Door to the standard electricity main (230 V a.c.)
- Active doors designed for the AF7, AF12, AF150 and the AF24
