shirt pocket!  Measures from -55 up to +330 C. Accuracy -+ 0.5C  Response time of 1 second! Has an Infra Red and a Probe in the one unit .
The Stainless steel probe is over 110 mm long.
Has an Inbuilt HACCP indicator , that tells the operator if the food is within allowable Australian standards temperatures !
 If the cool food is less than 5 C then you get a GREEN light and if it is not then you get a RED light. Works for Hot food as well..
