Chocolate Tempering Bain Marie 1 x 150 mm pan included Roband
Model Choc1A has been designed specifically by Roband for tempering chocolate and holding chocolate at a predetermined temperature ideal for all food coating needs. This model is includes one half size 150mm pan however it is also available without the pan.
